Warehouse Supervisor (3rd shift 9:00P-7:30A)

We're hiring multiple Warehouse Supervisors across various shifts to help lead our Olathe Distribution Center. As a supervisor, you'll be part of our supervisory team in Operations, working alongside leaders across the organization to make sure our customers get what they need, when they need it. Responsibilities

•       Make sure product is picked, checked, and shipped the right way, following our standards and procedures

•       Keep productivity and quality on track

•       Plan the workflow, assign duties, and review work to make sure it's accurate and meets our policies

•       Make sure your crew has the equipment and tools they need to do their jobs well

•       Lead short and long-term projects that support the bigger business strategy

Your Experience

•       2+ years of experience in distribution in a similar role (preferred)

•       2+ years of experience supervising, hiring, coaching, mentoring, and training staff (preferred)

•       Experience identifying, developing, and reporting operations or distribution metrics

•       An associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, OR at least 2 years of experience in a similar role

•       Comfort being on your feet and moving throughout the shift, including regular bending, stooping, kneeling, and crouching

•       Ability to lift up to 15 lbs regularly, up to 40 lbs frequently, and over 50 lbs occasionally (with team lifting or equipment for anything over 50 lbs)
