Job Description
消費財ビジネスにおける売上拡大とブランド価値向上を目的とした、主に関東・首都圏エリアのスーパーマーケットおよびドラッグストアに向けた営業活動。
担当商材: スコッチ・ブライト（ナイロンたわし等）を中心とした家庭用品 。市場における高いブランド力と品質を武器とした、価格競争ではなくロジックとニーズに基づく提案活動。
既存顧客への深耕: 既存顧客とのリレーション構築、およびインサイドシェア（フェイスシェア）の奪還・拡大に向けた提案活動。
新規チャネルの開拓: 将来的なコンビニエンスストア、ディスカウントストア、100円ショップ等の新規チャネルへのアプローチ。
販促企画と実行: 全国一律のプロモーション展開に加え、販売店独自のアプリ施策などを活用した裁量のある販促提案および社内調整。
商流マネジメント: 代理店（卸）を通じた商流マネジメント、および卸担当者や販売店本部バイヤーとの商談。※店頭での改装応援（棚替え等）も発生するが、自身での優先順位づけやコントロールが可能。
働き方: 東京を拠点とし、関東地方を中心としたエリアを担当 。基本的には日帰りでの直行直帰スタイルである（環境変化による出張発生の可能性あり）。
