Successful candidates will be hired through CPL for the duration of the programme.
Pfizer Newbridge, located in Co. Kildare, is a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing site specializing in complex oral solid dose products. With over 25 years of manufacturing expertise, the site supports products from pilot scale through to commercial production and supplies medicines to patients globally. Graduates gain exposure to a range of functions across a dynamic manufacturing environment while contributing to projects that improve patient lives.
What we offer you:
- 23-month programme rotating into 4 different areas of the business
- Personal and professional development guided by a placement framework
- Dedicated mentor throughout the programme
- Opportunity to participate in projects during each rotation
- Responsibility for the management of various day to day operations in each rotation
- Involvement in cross site projects
- Involvement in site cultural and social initiatives
You will be:
- Excited and motivated about challenges, innovation, and change
- Passionate about your field of expertise
- Graduated (or expected to graduate) with a Level 8 or Level 9 degree in a Science or Engineering discipline in 2025, 2026, or 2027.
- Available to start in September 2027
