Through strong executive partnership, local insight, community relationships, and thoughtful stewardship of resources, this role will help shape workforce solutions that meet today’s needs while building for the future. Success will be measured by meaningful outcomes that strengthen our teams, expand opportunity, and support AdventHealth’s faith-based mission of Extending the Healing Ministry of Christ.

Education:

• Bachelor's in education, healthcare administration, business, or a relevant clinical/healthcare field. [Required]

• Master's [Preferred]

Work Experience:

• 3+ clinical experience [Preferred]

• 3+ experience developing and implementing strategic programs. [Required]
