We are looking for 24/7 Windows Technical Support Engineers. As a Windows Technical support Engineer you will be using your expertise to achieve high-level customer satisfaction by supporting state-of-the-art solutions and minimizing the amount of unplanned downtime in the customer's production environment providing support 24/7. Your daily challenge will be identifying and solving problems, working on complex incidents affecting thousands of users, defining, executing and implementing standardized changes. You will be working in an environment where fast, educated decisions may save the day, however quality and perfection are our major objective. Working remotely from Bulgaria you will be reaching customers from pole to pole.
Technical competencies required:
- At least 1 years of practical experience in Microsoft Windows Server technologies (installation, configuration, patching and troubleshooting)
- Experience in administrating Windows-based File & Print solutions
- Basic experience troubleshooting Active Directory
- Experience in server virtualization technologies: Microsoft Hyper-V, VMware vSphere.
- Basic Networking knowledge (Network shares, DMZ, Load balancers, NAT, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, etc.)
- Ability to make hardware and software recommendations for particular cases during troubleshooting process;
Competitive advantages:
- Experience in public/ private cloud technologies (e.g. Azure, AWS, Google, etc.);
- Experience troubleshooting Microsoft Clustering and Load Balancing;
- Certifications in Microsoft Server or VMware;
- Knowledge of Backup and Restore tools for MS platform operating systems;
- Basic SAN knowledge;
- Experience with a ticketing system;
Soft skills required:
- Fluent in English Language
- Will to learn and develop in the field of IT.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a challenging, dynamic, Agile environment
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic; a team player who shows commitment and dedication to the job.
