Hoy buscamos talento para la posición de Supervisor Warehouse, un rol clave para asegurar una operación integral, eficiente y segura del almacén de materiales, garantizando la disponibilidad de insumos para producción, la confiabilidad del inventario y el cumplimiento del programa de embarques.
Esta posición tendrá un impacto directo en la continuidad operativa de la planta, liderando procesos de recepción, almacenamiento, abastecimiento, preparación de pedidos y despacho, siempre bajo altos estándares de seguridad, calidad, inocuidad, servicio y rentabilidad.
Buscamos una persona con visión operativa, capacidad de liderazgo y enfoque en mejora continua, que pueda coordinar equipos, optimizar espacios y recursos, anticipar riesgos, gestionar proveedores logísticos y trabajar de forma cercana con áreas como Producción, Planeación, Customer Service, Compras, Calidad y Finanzas.
El rol también será fundamental para fortalecer la disciplina operativa, asegurar la trazabilidad y exactitud de inventarios, impulsar el cumplimiento de indicadores clave y contribuir al Sistema de Gestión Integrado, incluyendo estándares de seguridad, medioambiente, calidad, inocuidad, ISO y HACCP.
