Job Description
- Develop and execute regional sales and dealing strategies to grow Global Markets revenue across assigned countries / regions.
- Acquire new commercial and corporate clients, while building and strengthening long-term relationships with existing regional clients (nationwide)
- Execute client trades across approved asset classes with due diligence, accuracy, and market discipline.
- Provide timely, accurate, and compliant trade confirmations, deal reporting, and market updates to clients.
- Actively cross-sell Global Markets and Treasury solutions, including FX, derivatives, and fixed income products, in line with clients’ business needs.
- Partner closely with Relationship Managers, Coverage Teams, and Global Markets counterparts to provide holistic client solutions.
- Work closely with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Internal Audit to ensure adherence to bank policies, regulatory requirements, and trading limits.
- Monitor market trends and provide market insights, pricing ideas, and hedging solutions to clients.
- Ensure all sales and dealing activities comply with internal governance frameworks and regulatory standards.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline from a recognized university.
- Minimum 6 - 8 years of experience in a bank treasury / dealing room environment covering commercial or corporate clients, preferably with regional exposure.
- Strong working knowledge of Treasury and Global Markets products, including, Foreign Exchange (Spot, Forwards, Swaps, Options), Fixed Income products and Interest Rate Derivatives
- Proven sales and client acquisition track record, with a strong revenue and performance orientation.
- Keen interest in financial markets, with sound market awareness and commercial judgment.
- High achiever, target-driven, and able to work independently while contributing effectively as a team player.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- PKMC / PPKM licensed (or ability to obtain the required license).
- Flexible and willing to relocate within the region, subject to business and Management requirements.
