Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Key Specific Tasks VA will do
- Coordinate members, content days, invites, locations, follow-ups, questions, and warm leads
- Edit real estate and brand videos/photos using the company's established creative style
- Maintain bookkeeping, invoicing, receivables, expenses, reconciliations, reporting, and payment follow-up if hired for the finance role
Software Tools and Websites Required- Final Cut Pro — strong video-editing experience required
- Monday.com and Canva — operational/content coordination experience require
Technical Requirements:
• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
• Working Webcam
• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Schedule: 9AM - 6PM PST
Location: This is a remote job
Salary Package:
• PHP 39,000.00 – PHP 42,000.00
