Position Overview:

Under close supervision, performs a variety of unskilled and semiskilled light and heavy manual tasks related to commercial building maintenance, commercial building construction or commercial building equipment repair and maintenance; and performs related duties as required.

Job Description:

EDUCATION

• HS Diploma or GED

EXPERIENCE

• Training and/or experience which would provide an opportunity to acquire the above knowledge and abilities. Normally, some experience in construction or maintenance work of the type done in Commercial Building Maintenance which includes the use of light mechanical machines, hand tools, and in performing heavy physical labor, would provide such opportunity.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Ability to follow basic safety policies and procedures

• Ability to accurately complete simple report forms.

• Ability to work effectively with other employees.

• Ability to read and write English at a level appropriate for successful job performance.

• Ability to perform basic arithmetic calculations.

• Ability to demonstrate physical strength, endurance and mechanical aptitude.

Pay Range is $40.29 to $40.29 / hour

The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled.
