We are currently looking for a Transfer Agent – Assistant Manager to join our growing Transfer Agency Operations team in Luxembourg. This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary and benefits package.
As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management of Transfer Agency operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery to our clients while supporting operational efficiency and adherence to regulatory and internal control requirements. You will act as a subject matter expert and escalation point for complex Transfer Agency matters and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and oversee investor transactions, including subscriptions, redemptions, switches, and transfers.
- Maintain investor registers and fund static data accurately and in a timely manner.
- Review investor onboarding and KYC documentation in line with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor cash settlements, payments, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and review investor and client reporting.
- Act as an escalation point for complex operational matters.
- Oversee outsourced activities and ensure service quality standards are maintained.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs, internal procedures, and Luxembourg regulatory requirements.
- Support client onboarding projects, fund launches, and business transitions.
- Participate in internal and external audits and contribute to regulatory reporting.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support operational change initiatives.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Transfer Agency, Fund Administration, or a similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of investor onboarding, transaction processing, cash management, and transfer agency operations.
- Good understanding of Luxembourg funds and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.
