DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a Recruiter I to join our talent acquisition team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. In this role, you will contribute to our mission of making the world healthier, cleaner, and safer by identifying and attracting qualified candidates. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for high-volume positions, implementing effective sourcing strategies, engaging candidates, and supporting successful onboarding. Collaborating with hiring managers and HR colleagues, you will build candidate networks while ensuring compliance with employment laws and best practices. This position offers the opportunity to connect professionals with careers that advance scientific discovery and innovation.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree required, no prior experience required. Clinical research/CRO industry experience preferred
• Additional professional certifications in HR or recruitment considered as a plus
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate relationship management (CRM) tools
• Strong knowledge of social media recruitment and sourcing techniques
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
• Experience with Boolean search techniques and recruitment databases
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Professional demeanor with ability to handle confidential information
• Customer service mindset with capacity to work effectively across all organizational levels
• May require occasional travel (0-20%)
