As a Technology Architect, a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architecture tailored for platforms, products, or client engagements. This role requires defining robust solutions that address critical aspects such as performance optimization, capability enhancement, and scalability to support evolving business needs. The position demands continuous evaluation and refinement of architectural frameworks to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and technological advancements, fostering innovation and efficiency across projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead architectural reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to promote professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align technology strategies with business goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI.
- Experience in designing scalable and high-performance technology architectures.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex systems and propose effective solutions.
- Ability to integrate emerging technologies into existing platforms seamlessly.
