Summary:
As a Technology Architect, a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architecture tailored for a specific platform, product, or engagement. This role requires defining solutions that effectively address performance requirements, enhance capabilities, and ensure scalability. The position demands continuous evaluation and refinement of architectural strategies to align with evolving business needs and technological advancements, fostering innovation and robust system design throughout the project lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead architectural reviews and ensure alignment with organizational standards and best practices.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure clarity and shared understanding of architectural goals.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and cloud technologies relevant to IT operations.
- Experience in designing scalable and high-performance technology solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and develop effective architectural strategies.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect diverse systems within an enterprise environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on operational efficiency and reliability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
