Plans, defines, delivers, and assesses the products and services of Truist’s Infrastructure Automation & AI product line, which runs the infrastructure platform as a product and treat its internal customers, from infrastructure domain teams to application owners, as users whose experience matters. Partners across organizational boundaries include Enterprise Architecture, Platform Engineering, Risk, and Cybersecurity, Change and Release Management, Demand and Capacity, and the infrastructure engineering domains, to align on shared outcomes, close gaps between business processes, and connect separate efforts into one path from demand to delivery.

Brings product discipline toa platform engineering organization leads discovery with the people doing the work today, shapes a roadmap that balances foundational platform and governance investments with visible customer value, and establishes portfolio data that leaders trust to see progress. Drives adoption as much as delivery, helping teams move from manual, person-dependent processes to governed, automation-first way of thinking.

Excels by building trust with teams the role does not direct, translating between engineering detail and executive priorities, and staying curious about how things actually work. We automate for value, not for sport.
