Working across Change Management, PMO, project teams, and Technology leaders, you will help translate Tech2030 priorities into practical change plans, readiness insights, adoption actions, and measurable outcomes.

ABOUT YOU

You are creative, motivated and have strong change management, engagement, training and organizational skills. Proficient in Office365, you can support our PMO, Project Managers and Leaders to drive successful adoption of our tools, platforms and services. You enjoy collaborating with Primos across Tech & Data and Bacardi.

RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE

• Support PMO, Project Managers, Tech Leadership Team, and stakeholders in documenting impacted audiences, key changes, and adoption requirements.
• Support the collection and reporting of adoption, engagement, and readiness metrics.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to develop change plans and coordinate readiness, engagement, and adoption activities across the Tech Portfolio.
• Guide project teams in completing change management deliverables and project governance requirements.
• Create engaging, audience-appropriate content, learning materials, and success stories that support awareness, understanding, and adoption of Tech & Data initiatives.
• Coordinate change champion and advocate communities, including feedback collection and engagement activities.
• Plan and deliver Tech2030 education activities.
• Maintain content across Tech & Data engagement channels, including SharePoint and Viva Engage, ensuring content remains relevant, accessible, and aligned with broader communication plans.
• Partner with the Corporate Communications team and stakeholders to identify and amplify Tech & Data initiatives, milestones, and success stories through appropriate channels and campaigns.
• Support the delivery of projects and initiatives in partnership with the Corporate Communications and Heritage teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of change management tools, templates, and self-service resources.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills across multiple channels and audiences
• Experience using SharePoint, intranet, and employee engagement tools to support awareness, learning, and adoption
• Ability to plan and coordinate engagement activities, workshops, and communications
• Stakeholder collaboration skills within a global, matrixed organisation
• Content planning and organisational skills
• Basic multimedia coordination skills
• Experience supporting programme or portfolio communications in a Tech or transformation environment
• Project coordination and delivery skills, with strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint)
