As a Tech BIP_OTBI_OIC Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to optimize their operational efficiency through the implementation and support of Oracle technology solutions. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills to analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training to validate seamless integration and utilization of business applications. This role is pivotal in enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.

As a Senior Associate, you will develop meaningful client connections and guide others by navigating complex situations. You will be responsible for analyzing intricate problems, mentoring team members, and maintaining professional standards. Your role will involve anticipating the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions, and embracing ambiguity to foster personal growth and technical skills.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to implement Oracle software solutions effectively
- Managing installation, configuration, and administration of Oracle products
- Developing and supporting Oracle applications to optimize operational efficiency
- Providing training and support for seamless integration of business applications
- Utilizing Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher for data-driven insights
- Applying Oracle Cloud Infrastructure for strategic technology planning
- Conducting process improvement and optimization initiatives
- Collaborating with teams to embrace change and drive business transformation
- Gathering information to discern patterns and inform decision-making
- Building commercial awareness and understanding of business operations
- Upholding professional and technical standards in line with PwC guidelines

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in technical, integration, database, or related Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) domains
- Utilizing Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) for innovative solutions
- Demonstrating strategic technology planning in client engagements
- Applying analytical thinking to discern patterns and insights
