Team Lead Digital Billing

Lead accurate, timely and controlled billing for Fixed, M2M, Cloud and System Integration portfolios.

Report to the Stream Head Billing and Invoicing and partner with Sales, Finance, Product and Technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Own monthly billing for Fixed, M2M, Cloud and SI services.
• Validate bill runs, usage, tariffs and contract inputs before invoicing.
• Ensure timely system invoice and e-bill delivery.
• Control missed billing, incorrect charging, duplicate invoices and revenue leakage.
• Resolve billing queries, downtime claims, credit notes and adjustments within SLA.
• Reconcile billed revenue, taxes and exceptions with Finance.
• Maintain billing SOPs, audit evidence and approval controls.
• Drive billing automation, data-quality fixes and system improvements.
• Monitor billing KPIs, open exceptions and recurring issues.
• Escalate material billing risks and ensure timely closure.

• Accurate and timely invoice generation and customer delivery.
• Reduced revenue leakage through effective billing controls.
• Timely closure of billing queries, disputes and adjustments.
• Clear billing, revenue variance and risk reporting.

Requirements

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or Information Systems.
• At least 3 years of experience in enterprise billing, invoicing or revenue assurance.
• Experience in Fixed, M2M, Cloud, SI or other B2B technology billing is preferred.
  

Required Skills

• Advanced Excel, including formulas, PivotTables and Power Query.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
• Enterprise billing, rating, charging and revenue-assurance knowledge.
• Knowledge of invoicing, tax, reconciliation and credit-note controls.
• Ability to interpret contracts, tariffs and product configurations.
• Strong analytical judgement and attention to detail.
• Effective stakeholder management and month-end delivery discipline.
