[Position Summary]
As a key recruitment partner within the organization, you will report directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager and independently manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. This is a specialist-level role with no direct reports (Individual Contributor), focusing on high-efficiency recruitment execution and proactive candidate sourcing. You will develop a deep understanding of functional needs across biotechnology manufacturing, CDMO services, R&D, and quality assurance. Utilizing diverse channels, you will proactively source local talent, partner closely with hiring managers to align on ideal candidate profiles, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience to support the urgent staffing needs driven by the company's capacity expansion and global footprint.


[Key Responsibilities]
• End-to-End Recruitment Management: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for various business units (including Biotech R&D, Process Development, Facility Engineering, QC/QA, Regulatory Affairs, Business Development, and Manufacturing Operations) from intake meetings, resume screening, phone interviews, and interview coordination to offer negotiation and pre-onboarding care.
• Proactive Talent Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, local job boards, professional networks, and international channels to proactively source, engage, and build pipelines for niche and highly technical biotechnology talent.
• Hiring Manager Partnership: Build trusted relationships with site and laboratory leaders, help clarify and align on ideal candidate profiles, manage expectations, and provide regular data-driven recruitment updates and market insights.
• Employer Branding & Campus Recruitment: Assist the TA team in executing campus recruitment campaigns, career fairs, and industry-academia collaborations to engage top talent early. Act as a brand ambassador to ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment funnel.
• Data Integrity & Project Support: Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) in real-time to ensure data accuracy for recruitment metrics and dashboards, including regular TA dashboard update. Support annual TA strategic projects as needed.


[Requirements - Minimum Qualifications]
• Work Experience: 5+ years of dedicated recruitment experience (either as an in-house corporate recruiter or as a recruitment consultant in a reputable search firm).
• Core Competencies: Proven track record in proactive sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search on LinkedIn). Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to navigate complex hiring scenarios under pressure.
• Language Proficiency: intermediate level in English (both written and spoken).

[Requirements - Preferred Qualifications]
• Prior recruitment experience within the Manufacturing/ Biotech/Pharmaceutical industry is highly preferred.
• Experience in Direct Labor (DL) / Operators recruitment or mass recruitment processes is a strong plus.
• Hands-on experience operating major global HRIS or ATS systems (such as Workday).
