Your Mission 💪
This is an exciting opportunity to help shape and develop our recruitment function as boxxe continues to grow. You’ll build strong relationships with senior leaders and hiring managers, bringing fresh ideas and recruitment solutions that help us attract and hire great people. From the first candidate conversation through to onboarding, you’ll champion an engaging, values-led experience while helping us build a best-in-class recruitment service that supports our future growth.
What you’ll be doing 🎯
- Lead the talent acquisition function, driving continuous improvements in recruitment processes.
- Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team and People Managers to create and execute recruitment plans.
- Address recruitment challenges by fostering strong relationships across the organization.
- Expand candidate sources through effective use of job boards, referrals, and innovative advertising.
- Partner with the marketing team to enhance employee branding.
- Provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making on recruitment strategies.
- Offer guidance on people practices such as career paths and succession planning.
- Ensure smooth execution of recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in hiring practices.
- Actively source top talent and build talent pools for specialized roles.
- Support end-to-end interview process, prioritizing candidate experience.
- Ensure consistent and memorable candidate experiences.
- Cultivate relationships with educational institutions for future recruitment needs.
- Conduct interview skills training for managers.

- Demonstrated recruitment experience, either in-house or with an agency.
- Track record of filling challenging, specialized roles in technology and sales.
