We are seeking an individual for Finance planning and reporting applications, with a primary focus on Anaplan. This role will serve as a key partner to Finance stakeholders, ensuring business requirements are translated into scalable solutions, thoroughly tested, and successfully implemented. The position is essential for platform stability, owning ongoing transformation initiatives, and reducing delivery risk through dedicated ownership of solution enhancements, testing, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Areas of Responsibility

1. Act as the primary liaison between Finance stakeholders and Technology teams, gathering requirements, prioritizing enhancements, and ensuring business needs are effectively translated into system solutions.

2. Build, maintain, and enhance Anaplan models, dashboards, calculations, and planning solutions that support critical Finance processes including forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and operational planning.

3. Own and coordinate end-to-end testing activities, including system testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), defect management, and deployment validation to ensure high-quality releases and minimize production issues.

4.Partner closely with business users during project delivery and enhancement cycles, providing functional expertise, solution guidance, training, and change management support.

5. Support production operations through timely issue investigation, root cause analysis, resolution coordination, and continuous improvement efforts.

6. Identify process inefficiencies and drive automation opportunities that improve productivity, reduce manual effort, and enhance data accuracy.

7. Develop proof-of-concepts and innovative solutions that address evolving business challenges and increase adoption of Finance Technology capabilities.

8. Contribute to Finance transformation and AI-first initiatives by evaluating opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and intelligent workflows to improve business outcomes.

9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Finance, Data, Architecture, Integration, and Enterprise Technology to ensure solutions align with strategic objectives and enterprise standards. 10. Create and maintain solution documentation, testing artifacts, process flows, and knowledge assets to reduce single-resource dependency and strengthen overall team resilience.

Qualifications

1. 3-5 years of experience supporting Finance Technology, Enterprise Applications, Financial Planning Systems, or Business Applications.

2. Hands-on experience with Anaplan model building, module design, dashboards, calculations, data integrations, testing, and deployment activities.

3. Strong understanding of Finance business processes including planning, forecasting, budgeting, close, revenue management, and financial reporting.

4. Proven experience partnering directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements, manage priorities, validate solutions, and coordinate testing activities.

5. Experience leading or supporting UAT, release validation, defect triage, and production support for enterprise applications.

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

7. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.

8.Ability to bridge business and technical teams and effectively translate requirements into practical solutions.

9. Self-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement, innovation, and learning.

10. Interest in leveraging AI, automation, and modern technologies to improve business processes and user experience.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.

2. Anaplan Model Builder Certification or equivalent experience.

3.Experience supporting ERP, EPM, Finance Transformation, Planning, or Integrated Business Planning initiatives.

4. Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies, testing best practices, and enterprise-scale application support environments.
