Votre mission, si vous l'acceptez :

Une offre de stage intitulée « Stage en Ressources Humaines (h/f) » vient de s'ouvrir au sein d'Airbus sur son site.

Vous rejoindrez le département HR Systems Engineering (MH1TY), en charge des Ressources Humaines pour le centre Ingenierie Systemes. Le stage se déroule au sein d’Airbus SAS sur le site d’Airbus Saint Martin dans une équipe internationale et dynamique composée de HR Business Partners (HRBP) et de conseillers RH.

Votre stage consistera à soutenir l'équipe HR Systems Engineering dans le pilotage de projets RH clés axés sur la diversité, la digitalisation, l'animation d'ateliers d'équipe et le reporting RH.

Ce stage, d'une durée de 6 mois, débutera idéalement à partir de Janvier 2027 (cette période est indicative et pourra être ajustée).

Vos principales missions consisteront à :

• Gestion de Projets & Initiatives Diversité : Participer à la préparation, la coordination et au déploiement des prochaines sessions du programme de mentorat au féminin ("Women Mentoring"), soutenir les initiatives d'égalité de genre/D&I, et contribuer au suivi du déploiement du programme Techniship.

• Animation d'Ateliers & Organisation des Points : Organiser et préparer les supports/slides pour les ateliers internes d'équipe (ex. fixation d'objectifs pour l'équipe MH1TY, workshops d’équipe), coordonner la logistique des réunions régulières et assurer des initiatives internes tel que Frame it! et Ambition BIV qui visent à développer des employés du centre Ingenierie systemes).

• Digitalisation, Reporting & Support Ponctuel : Contribuer au suivi des indicateurs RH et au reporting, soutenir les projets de digitalisation RH, concevoir des supports de présentation visuels (PowerPoint) et répondre aux demandes d'informations ponctuelles pour l'équipe RH. 

Votre tuteur ou tutrice vous accompagnera tout au long de votre stage, vous aidant à développer vos compétences et à atteindre vos objectifs professionnels.

Ce stage vous permettra notamment de développer les compétences suivantes :

• Gestion et suivi de projets RH 

• Création de présentations de niveau exécutif et maîtrise du storytelling visuel 

• Conduite du changement et digitalisation des processus RH dans un environnement international.

• Analyse de données RH et élaboration d'indicateurs / reporting.

Votre carte d’embarquement pour cette aventure :

Vous êtes actuellement en Master 1, Master 2 ou dernière année d'école de commerce / université en Ressources Humaines, Management de Projet ou domaine équivalent.

Vous possédez idéalement les compétences suivantes :

• Compétences techniques :

  • Appétence et aisance avec les outils RH digitaux et les environnements numériques modernes.

  • Maîtrise de la suite Google

  • Intérêt prononcé pour la structuration et l'optimisation des processus RH.

• Soft Skills :

  • Excellent relationnel et sensibilité aux problématiques humaines et d'inclusion.

  • Proactivité, autonomie et sens de l'organisation.

  • Rigueur, esprit d'analyse et réactivité face aux demandes ponctuelles.

• Langues :

  • Anglais : Niveau Courant / Négociation (obligatoire pour interagir dans cet environnement international).

  • Français : Niveau Intermédiaire à Courant.

Your mission, should you accept it:

An internship offer titled "Human Resources Internship (m/f)" has just opened at Airbus on its site.

You will join the HR Systems Engineering department (MH1TY), responsible for Human Resources for the Systems Engineering center. The internship takes place within Airbus SAS at the Airbus Saint Martin site within a dynamic, international team composed of HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and HR advisors.

Your internship will consist of supporting the HR Systems Engineering team in managing key HR projects focused on diversity, digitalization, facilitating team workshops, and HR reporting.

This 6-month internship will ideally start from January 2027 (this period is indicative and may be adjusted).

Your main missions will consist of:

• Project Management & Diversity Initiatives: Participate in the preparation, coordination, and rollout of upcoming sessions for the women's mentoring program ("Women Mentoring"), support gender equality/D&I initiatives, and contribute to monitoring the rollout of the Techniship program.
• Workshop Facilitation & Meeting Organization: Organize and prepare materials/slides for internal team workshops (e.g., goal setting for the MH1TY team, team workshops), coordinate logistics for regular meetings, and ensure internal initiatives such as Frame it! and Ambition BIV, which aim to develop employees in the Systems Engineering center.
• Digitalization, Reporting & Ad Hoc Support: Contribute to tracking HR indicators and reporting, support HR digitalization projects, design visual presentation materials (PowerPoint), and respond to ad hoc information requests for the HR team.

Your tutor will support you throughout your internship, helping you develop your skills and achieve your professional goals.

This internship will notably allow you to develop the following skills:

• HR project management and tracking
• Creation of executive-level presentations and mastery of visual storytelling
• Change management and HR process digitalization in an international environment
• HR data analysis and development of indicators/reporting

Your boarding pass for this adventure:

You are currently in a Master's 1, Master's 2, or final year of business school/university in Human Resources, Project Management, or an equivalent field.

You ideally possess the following skills:

Technical skills:

• Affinity and comfort with digital HR tools and modern digital environments.
• Proficiency in the Google suite
• Strong interest in structuring and optimizing HR processes.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent interpersonal skills and sensitivity to human and inclusion topics.
• Proactivity, autonomy, and organizational skills.
• Rigor, analytical mindset, and responsiveness to ad hoc requests.

Languages:

• English: Fluent / Negotiation level (mandatory to interact in this international environment).
• French: Intermediate to Fluent level.
