Votre mission, si vous l'acceptez :

Une offre de stage intitulée "Digitalisation, optimisation et harmonisation pour le pilotage et le suivi du rétrofit (F/H)" vient de s'ouvrir au sein de Airbus SAS sur son site de Toulouse.

Vous rejoindrez le département Customised Material Solutions Retrofit en charge de en charge de la planification des rétrofits pour le programme. Nous sommes les organisateurs au sein du service clients, aidant les compagnies aériennes à planifier et à sécuriser le matériel afin de garantir que leurs avions soient conformes aux normes réglementaires et d'efficacité les plus récentes.

Votre stage consistera à aider notre département multi-programmes à sécuriser notre parcours de digitalisation et de simplification.

Ce stage, d'une durée de 6 mois qui devrait débuter au 1er trimestre 2027 (cette période est indicative et pourra être ajustée).

Vos principales missions consisteront à :

• Refondre notre G-Site en termes de format et de contenu technique pour mieux représenter le département auprès de nos parties prenantes, et en faire une ressource centrale où nos équipes pourront trouver absolument tout ce dont elles ont besoin pour mener à bien leur mission au quotidien.
• Contribuer à une stratégie de communication visant à mieux positionner le département au sein d'Airbus et de Satair, afin d'accroître notre visibilité et de s'assurer que chacun comprenne ce que nous faisons et pourquoi.
• Automatiser nos présentations critiques destinées aux compagnies aériennes clientes, en les connectant à l'ensemble de nos principaux outils et données, ce qui permettra à nos experts de se concentrer sur les messages spécifiques à transmettre aux clients.
• Apporter un regard neuf sur nos méthodes de travail et processus quotidiens afin d'identifier de nouvelles opportunités pour simplifier et optimiser nos facons de travailler en intégrant l'automatisation, l'IA et d'autres solutions numériques.
• Aider à la création d'un référentiel standardisé pour les informations critiques des campagnes de rétrofit, qui alimentera un tableau de bord centralisé et une vue d'ensemble des KPI afin de faciliter les prises de décisions et d'assurer une transmission fluide au sein de l'équipe.

Votre tuteur ou tutrice vous accompagnera tout au long de votre stage, vous aidant à développer vos compétences et à atteindre vos objectifs professionnels.

Ce stage vous permettra notamment de développer les compétences suivantes :

• Gestion des parties prenantes au sein de l'écosystème après-vente du programme et de la gestion du matériel.
• Application pratique des solutions d'IA et de digitalisation sur les opérations.
• Compréhension des exigences des compagnies aériennes, des autorités et des parties prenantes internes en termes de rétrofit.
• Stratégies de communication interne et positionnement de marque.

Votre carte d’embarquement pour cette aventure :

Vous préparez un diplôme de niveau Bac+5 (Master) en Informatique / Digitalisation (ou équivalent).

Vous possédez les compétences suivantes :

Compétences techniques :

• Capacité à travailler au sein de l'écosystème Google, y compris Google Apps Script et Gemini.

Soft Skills :

• Proactif et capable de travailler en toute autonomie.
• Volonté de s'exprimer et d'identifier les opportunités ainsi que les risques.
• Excellent communicant et doté d'un fort esprit d'équipe.

Langues :

• Anglais : niveau avancé
• Français : niveau avancé

Your mission :

An internship opportunity titled : « Digitalisation, Optimisation, and Harmonisation for Monitored Retrofit Management (m/f) » has just opened at Airbus SAS located in Toulouse. 

You will join the Customised Material Solutions Retrofit department in charge of End to end planning of monitored retrofits on behalf of programme. We are the event planners of the customer services world, helping airlines plan and secure the material to ensure their aircraft conform to the latest regulatory and efficiency standards.

Your internship will consist in helping our cross-programme department secure the next steps in our digitalisation and simplification journey.

Ideally, this is a 6 months internship and it should start in Q1 2027 (date subject to flexibility).

Your main missions will consist of :

• Revamping our g-site in terms of format and technical content to better represent the department to our stakeholders as well as becoming a central resource where our teams can find anything and everything they need to carry out their mission on a daily basis. 
• Contributing to a communication strategy to better position the department in Airbus and Satair, raising our profile and ensuring everyone knows what we do, why, and how to best interact together.
• Automating our critical presentations to airline customers, linking into all our major tools and data, allowing our experts to focus on the specific messages to customers.
• Bringing fresh eyes to our daily ways of working and processes to identify further opportunities to simplify and optimise by integrating automation, AI, and other digital solutions.
• Help create a standardised repository for critical retrofit campaign information that will drive a centralised dashboard and KPI overview to enable management decisions and seamless handovers within the team.

Your tutor will support you to identify your professional objectives and develop your skills.

This internship will allow you to develop the following skills:

• Stakeholder management with stakeholders in the programme and material management ecosystem.
• Practical application of AI and digitalisation solutions for operational delivery.
• Retrofit requirements from airlines, authorities, and internal stakeholders.
• Internal communication strategies and brand positioning.

Your Boarding Pass:

You are preparing a diploma level Bac+5 (master degree) in Computing/Digitalisation (or equivalent).

You possess the following competences:

• Proactive and able to work independently
• Willing to speak up and identify opportunities and risks
• Strong communicator and team player
