MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: This position requires a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering or a directly related field of study, plus the following experience: 10 years experience in software development; 5 years experience in establishing technical standards, defining architectural guidelines, and embedding engineering best practices to enhance code quality and system resilience; 5 years experience in mentoring engineers across multiple technical domains, including system architecture, performance optimization, and site reliability; 3 years experience in technical leadership roles, driving cross-functional initiatives and technical direction without formal authority. Salary: $156,998 to $200,000/year. Full-time, position located in Irving, TX. Experience may be gained concurrently. Hybrid position. 3 days in office and 2 days remote. Must reside within commuting distance from the employer’s Irving, TX office. Various unanticipated locations. Visa sponsorship not available for this position.
