• Maintain and update SHE files, registers, records and documentation.
• Audit Contractor files and carry out SHE Induction
• Ensure that SHE policies, procedures, risk assessments, safe work procedures and other controlled documents are current and accessible.
• Update Legal appointments
• Maintain incident, accident, near-miss and hazard registers.
• Compile, distribute and file SHE reports, meeting minutes and inspection records.
• Ensure proper filing, document control and record retention in accordance with company requirements.
• Assist with the preparation and maintenance of SHE management system documentation for internal and external audits
• Track and follow-up audit findings, non-conformances and corrective actions to ensure timely closure.
• Arrange SHE training, toolbox talks and awareness campaigns
• Assist with scheduling workplace inspections, safety meetings and risk assessment reviews
• Support the coordination of emergency drills and emergency preparedness activities.
• Assist with updating risk assessment records and hazard identification registers
• Maintain SHE dashboards and performance indicators, where required.
• Schedule SHE meetings and distribute agendas and minutes
• Assist with tracking waste management, recycling and disposal records.
• Maintain records relating to environmental incidents, spills and corrective actions
