Timely communication and distribution of SHE information
- Maintain and update SHE files, registers, records and documentation.
- Audit Contractor files and carry out SHE Induction
- Ensure that SHE policies, procedures, risk assessments, safe work procedures and other controlled documents are current and accessible.
- Update Legal appointments
- Maintain incident, accident, near-miss and hazard registers.
- Compile, distribute and file SHE reports, meeting minutes and inspection records.
- Ensure proper filing, document control and record retention in accordance with company requirements.
- Assist with the preparation and maintenance of SHE management system documentation for internal and external audits
- Track and follow-up audit findings, non-conformances and corrective actions to ensure timely closure.
- Arrange SHE training, toolbox talks and awareness campaigns
- Assist with scheduling workplace inspections, safety meetings and risk assessment reviews
- Support the coordination of emergency drills and emergency preparedness activities.
- Assist with updating risk assessment records and hazard identification registers
- Maintain SHE dashboards and performance indicators, where required.
- Schedule SHE meetings and distribute agendas and minutes
- Assist with tracking waste management, recycling and disposal records.
- Maintain records relating to environmental incidents, spills and corrective actions
