Lead cross-functional alignment and build partner ecosystem to fulfill product / IP roadmap. Rigor in relationship building.

Ecosystem partner tiering (Strategic, Key, emerging) by end market
Structured Partner Management (with Procurement)
Single touch point and centralized ownership
Oversee partner development and lifecycle
RFI, QBR, NDA
Education
Bachelor/master’s degree in electrical/electronic Engineering / MBA or related fields with minimum 12 years’ working experience
Working experience in IC design, IP design and other semiconductor disciplines understanding IP ecosystem
Proven leadership in cross-functional and partner/customer-driven programs include escalation to executives with solution driven mindset
Strategic thinking with strong execution discipline.
Stakeholder influence at executive level.
Excellent communication and partner management skills.
Rigor in relationship building with an ability to work across a wide range of cross functional teams in a dynamic environment to navigate a path forward
