Pinterest is looking for a Sr. Lead, HRBP to serve as the senior-most People partner across APAC.
Based in Singapore, you’ll partner closely with the VP of APAC Sales and regional leaders across Greater China, Japan and Australia to align People strategies with business priorities and support organizational health, leadership effectiveness and growth.

You’ll partner with a broad, multi-functional client group across the Global Business Organization, engineering, product, design, marketing, communications, creative, recruiting, legal and business affairs and finance. In this high-impact role, you’ll shape the regional People agenda and help Pinterest scale thoughtfully across a complex and evolving APAC market.

What you’ll do:

• Partner with the VP of APAC Sales and regional leadership teams to translate business priorities into People strategies that support growth, performance and organizational effectiveness.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on organizational health, leadership capability, team effectiveness, employee experience and change.
• Lead APAC talent priorities, including workforce planning, talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development, career growth and performance management.
• Drive organizational effectiveness through organization design, team structure, decision-making clarity, change readiness and scalable operating models.
• Guide leaders through restructuring, business evolution and other complex change efforts while balancing business needs, employee experience and risk.
• Champion a consistent and inclusive employee experience across APAC, partnering with Employee Relations and other People teams on complex employee matters and local requirements.
• Connect regional leaders, People Business Partners and Centers of Excellence to align local needs with global People strategies.
• Use workforce insights, data and AI-enabled tools to improve decision-making, scale People practices and strengthen organizational effectiveness. Apply sound judgment, verification and responsible data stewardship to AI-assisted work.
• Help bring Pinterest’s culture and values to life across APAC in ways that are inclusive, meaningful and locally relevant.

What we’re looking for:

• Progressive HR experience, including substantial experience as an HR Business Partner supporting senior leaders in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Experience supporting regional or international teams across multiple countries and cultures, ideally within APAC.
• A strong track record advising senior leaders on talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, change and employee experience.
• Experience partnering with sales, revenue or other fast-paced commercial organizations is strongly preferred.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect People strategy to business outcomes and influence decisions through clear, data-informed insights.
• Expertise in talent management, organization design, change leadership and leadership coaching.
• Excellent judgment, discretion and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and influence across functions and levels.
• Strong analytical and AI fluency, including experience using AI to improve speed and quality while validating accuracy, protecting sensitive data and remaining accountable for final decisions.
• Knowledge of employment practices and the ability to navigate varied regional contexts, including effective partnership with Singapore’s Ministry of Manpower and Economic Development Board.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience. Advanced HR or business credentials are a plus.
• A resilient, adaptable and inclusive leadership style, with the ability to operate calmly through ambiguity, complexity and change.

• As such, this role will need to be in the office or in front of our customers for in-person collaboration, typically 2 days per week, and therefore needs to be in a commutable distance to our Singapore City based office.
