As a member of CIBC’s Enterprise Services Engineering team, you’ll play a key role in shaping and supporting our enterprise scheduling capabilities. As an Enterprise Scheduling Engineer, you’ll provide technical leadership, standards, and best practices to technology teams through the design, build, configuration, implementation, and maintenance phases of initiatives and projects involving enterprise scheduling tools. You’ll also provide level 3 support to resolve technology-related incidents and help ensure the stability and performance of critical scheduling services. In this role, you’ll help define hardware and software standards, contribute to roadmaps, and recommend scalable, secure solutions for enterprise-wide initiatives based on your area of expertise.
