Global Business Services delivers Technology and Operations capabilities to Lines of Business and Staff Support Functions of Bank of America through a centrally managed, globally integrated delivery model and globally resilient operations.

Process Overview*

Consumer, Business & Wealth Operations Technology (CBWOT) is responsible for all mortgage vehicle loans servicing and collection recovery products catering to Retail and Preferred customers. Mortgage and Vehicle Servicing Technology is responsible for providing end-to-end technology solutions for Mortgage Sales, loan servicing, delinquent loan handling, foreclosures, collection and recovery. This organization focuses on the design, development, delivery, and support of technology solutions facilitating the mentioned platforms.

Job Description*. 

Full Stack Developer will be working on Agile scrum team delivering given projects. The member will be responsible for coding and unit testing of given deliverables, coordinating with US team. Should have Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities*
Key responsibilities include:

• Develop, enhance, debug, support, maintain and tests software applications that support business units or supporting functions
• Participates and guides team in estimating work necessary to realize a story/requirement through the delivery lifecycle
• Designs/develops/modifies architecture components, application interfaces, and solution enablers while ensuring principal architecture integrity is maintained.
• Designs/develops/maintains automated test suites (integration, regression, performance).
• Ensuring that software is developed to meet functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements.
• Provide technical direction and system architecture for individual initiatives
• Collaborate with external programmers to coordinate delivery of software applications
• Routine accountability is for technical knowledge and capabilities
• Works on multiple systems or technologies underpinning a given application
• Provide expertise in determining the strategic technical direction and system architecture for initiatives
• Working on Agile methodologies

Requirements

Education*

B.E / B. Tech / MCA

Experience Range*

6 to 8 years of experience

Foundational skills*

• Strong Technology expertise in Java , J2EE, Spring Boot and Angular 
• Strong Technology expertise in SQL or Oracle
• Strong hands-on  experience on Copilot and AI/ML, RAG framework, AI Agentic framework •
• Hands on expertise in coding, solving complex requirements.
• Knowledge of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, etc.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and drive consensus amongst business and tech partners to meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to foster strong collaboration among team members and multitask effectively
• Ability to work under minimal supervision
• Strongly detail oriented, organized, and analytical

Desired skills*

• CI/CD deployment tools
• Domain experience in Mortgage Loans and Banking
