Job Description Summary:

Position Overview

As a Software Architect 2, you will be a visionary technical leader driving the evolution of our cloud platform. With over 14 years of deep technical expertise, you will architect scalable, high-performance systems that directly impact patient outcomes and practice success. You will bridge the gap between big-picture business strategy and hands-on technical execution, mentoring senior engineers and fostering a culture of bold innovation.

• Experience: 14+ years in software engineering and architecture

• Core Tech Stack: .NET, C#, Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure)

• Location: Hyderabad, India

Your Core Responsibilities

• Architect for Impact: Design, evolve, and sustain highly scalable, secure, and resilient .NET/C# cloud-based architectures that support our specialty-specific platform.

• Save Time & Innovate Boldly: Identify opportunities to modernize legacy components, streamline engineering workflows, and introduce cutting-edge technologies that accelerate product delivery.

• Create Customer Delight: Collaborate closely with Product Management, UX, and clinical stakeholders to ensure technical designs inherently deliver frictionless, delightful user experiences for doctors and patients.

• Lead & Mentor: Act as a technical beacon. Foster a highly collaborative environment where you mentor Tech Leads and Senior Engineers, empowering them to think big and execute flawlessly.

• Govern & Refine: Establish architectural blueprints, coding standards, and CI/CD best practices while actively participating in high-impact code reviews and proof-of-concepts (PoCs).

What You Bring to the Team

• Deep Technical Mastery: 14+ years of professional software development experience, with a heavy focus on the .NET ecosystem (C#, .NET Core/.NET 8).

• Architectural Excellence: Proven track record of designing distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native applications. Strong familiarity with enterprise integration patterns, RESTful APIs, and event-driven architectures.

• Cloud Proficiency: Robust experience with public cloud platforms (AWS or Azure preferred) utilizing containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and serverless paradigms.

• Database & Data Strategy: Strong expertise in relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL solutions, optimizing for high-throughput and data security (HIPAA compliance knowledge is a huge plus).

• Culture Fit: A passion for healthcare tech, an open mind that values diverse perspectives, and a desire to have fun while doing meaningful work.
