Job Description:

Liquid Personnel is recruiting experienced Social Workers to join our client’s Children and Families Trust – Locality Team in Bradford.
This is a fantastic opportunity to support children and families at key stages including Child in Need (CIN), Child Protection (CP), Public Law Outline (PLO), and care proceedings.

Our client is committed to delivering high-quality support through small, well-structured teams that benefit from strong management oversight and regular supervision. The service prioritises manageable caseloads, ensuring families receive the best possible care and attention.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Provide statutory social work services to children and families in line with legislation and best practice.
• Undertake assessments, care planning, and reviews, ensuring the child’s voice is central to all decisions.
• Work collaboratively with families, carers, and partner agencies to develop effective support plans.
• Maintain accurate case records and reports to professional standards.
• Participate in reflective supervision and contribute to a positive team culture.

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have, 

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK driving licence
• Post-qualified experience in children’s services
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
