Role: Social Media Manager

Monthly Rate: $650 - $750/month

Availability: Part-time - 20 hours/week

This is a test of how keen you are with details and how well you follow instructions. ⚠️⚠️⚠️

3️⃣ 1-Minute Introduction Video – Record a short introduction video (preferably using Loom) and provide the link in your application. Before you do, check out these video tips and sample videos. Important: By submitting your video, you grant Coconut permission to share it on our platforms to help increase your chances of being matched with a client. Videos with broken or dummy links will result in disqualification.

Requirements

Experience Needed:

- Manage Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Pinterest

- Schedule and publish content across all platforms

- Adapt content to each platform's algorithm

- Cross-post content while optimizing for each channel

- Own KPIs for assigned social media channels

- Create and manage content calendars

- Coordinate with the YouTube Specialist to repurpose video content

- Monitor engagement and community interactions

- Track performance metrics and provide reporting

- Follow documented SOPs and workflows

- Continuously improve social media processes

Good to have:

- Able to work autonomously

- Process-oriented

- Strong written English

- Familiar with American audiences and brand voice

- Good to haves:

- Graphic design skills

- Basic video editing

- Pinterest experience

- Experience working with nonprofits

- Experience following documented SOPs

- Experience using Canva

Non-negotiable Requirements:

- Ability to manage all four channels: Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest

- Experience with engagement work, not just posting content

- Strong brand voice / design adaptation

Industry/Tools Experience:

- Video research tool

- AI editing tool

- AI clip maker
