Monthly Rate: $650

Availability: Part-time 30 hours/week

Requirements

Experience Needed/Responsibilities:

- Answer inbound phone calls and determine whether the caller needs sales assistance or customer service.

- Qualify incoming sales inquiries and schedule appointments through the CRM.

- Follow up with sales leads via phone until an appointment is booked or the lead is disqualified.

- Handle customer service inquiries and answer general questions.

- Schedule service appointments for existing customers.

- Escalate complex customer issues to the business owner when needed.

- Manage calendars for sales and service appointments.

- Update customer records and maintain accurate CRM data.

- Perform general administrative support to keep scheduling and customer information organized.

Good to have:

- Experience working with home service or service-based businesses.

- Comfortable making follow-up calls and nurturing leads over multiple touchpoints.

- Previous experience using CRM systems and scheduling tools.

Non-negotiable Requirements:

- Excellent spoken and written English, with confidence handling inbound phone calls.

- Experience in customer service, inside sales, or appointment setting.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly when managing schedules and CRM updates.
