What You Will Do:

• Develop and implement site-specific action plans to accelerate patient recruitment and retention
• Educate healthcare professionals and site staff on study protocols, procedures, and disease areas.
• Engage with the public in formal health fairs or patient advocacy group events to provide approved, publicly available information.
• Partner with referral networks to identify potential trial participants.
• Analyze site performance data to tailor recruitment strategies and improve enrollment outcomes.
• Conduct recruitment educational sessions and share best practices across sites.
• Maintain accurate records in internal reporting systems and manage
• Stay current with technical knowledge in relevant therapeutic areas.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Health sciences
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience working in clinical trials
• 1 year of immunology experience; preferred dermatology
• 1 year of experience as a Clinical Trial Educator/Site Engagement Lead/Clinical Trial Liaison like role
• Deep knowledge and Clinical competence in relevant therapeutic areas.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
• Collaborative mindset with a strong customer service orientation.
• High flexibility to travel and adapt to diverse cultural environments (appx 60% but must be able to travel as study needs demand)
• Mentorship capabilities and willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
• Proactive, solution-oriented approach with a “can-do” attitude.
