Position Overview：

Responsible for paid user acquisition in overseas markets and serves as the growth engine after product launch. Execute multi-channel ad buying, creative testing and ROAS optimization under the guidance of senior UA specialists.

Responsibilities：

• Execute paid user acquisition campaigns on Meta / Google / TikTok / app store channels; manage daily budgets and bidding
• Participate in A/B testing of ad creatives and iterate high-converting creatives with the creative team
• Monitor core metrics (CPI, ROAS, retention) and produce daily / weekly acquisition reports
• Support ASO (App Store Optimization) and influencer / KOC collaboration campaigns
• Support target-market UA strategy reviews and budget allocation recommendation

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business, Data, Media, Communications, Computer Science or related fields
• Data-sensitive; proficient in Excel / Google Sheets; understands basic growth metrics (CPI / LTV / ROAS)
• Clear logical thinking and a results-driven mindset; able to work in a fast-paced acquisition environment
• Fluent English (working language)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Meta Ads / Google Ads backend, or internship experience in ad buying
• Multilingual ability (target-market languages / Chinese), beneficial for multi-market campaigns
• Casual game player experience; understanding of performance creative logic
