- Working closely with the team to maintain a clear, authentic and vibrant voice;
- Monitoring best practices in the streaming space for text copy and title packaging;
- Maintaining a copy calendar and database of descriptions;
- Immersing yourself in the CBC Gem content library;
- Reviewing content performance to make data-driven decisions;
- Working closely with cross-functional teams across the corporation including, but not limited to, the Gem Programming Office, Merchandising, Marketing and Publicity, and Digital Product & Innovation.
Your profile:

- Five years of relevant experience;
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, along with the ability to work under deadlines and with multiple priorities;
- Keen interest in and an ability to keep pace and adapt to the evolving trends of the streaming media space;
- Knowledge of and affinity for CBC, its programming and services, and understanding of the media industry;
- Knowledge of CBC’s journalistic standards and practice an asset (not required);
- The ability to contribute to the diversity of perspectives on the team with ideas that will help connect with and grow new audiences;
