About the role:
As a Senior Tax Associate in Global Tax Business Solutions ‘GTBS’ you will be responsible for US global tax reporting and compliance matters. A successful candidate for this role will embrace a mindset of continuous improvement through leveraging best-in-class processes and technologies to achieve their objectives.

What you’ll do:

• Responsible for preparation of US Global (US Inclusion) tax provision under US GAAP (ASC 740), calculation of Global ETR, supporting audit and SOX workstreams, and other deliverables including collaboration with a wider tax reporting team.

• Responsible for preparation of US Global Federal compliance forms for the companies’ foreign subsidiaries, including forms 5471/8858/8865.

• Support team in all aspects of the function including leveraging AI and Tax Technology, enhancements to Excel, project management, idea generation, process improvements and implementation.

What you’ll need:

• Minimum a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field).

• CPA or master’s degree preferred but not required.

• Minimum of 2-4 years of work experience in the tax field, public accounting or US multinational background is strongly preferred.

• General working knowledge of U.S. International taxation principles and ASC 740 concepts beneficial but not essential.

• Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion or similar ERP/ EPM.

• Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel/Office.

• Familiarity with tax technology software (e.g. OneSource International Tax Calculator) is beneficial.
