AT&T has an opening for a Senior System Administrator to support operations by maintaining, documenting, and administering enterprise IT systems.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop system documentation to include product guides/manuals, SOPs, work logs and the Helpdesk ticket system
- Provide system administration support
- Provide maintenance and support of existing software (problem report/trouble tick resolution) and hardware
- Provide helpdesk support for collecting, controlling and disseminating, documenting and resolving all IT related questions and problems.
Clearance Requirements:
Active TS/SCI with poly (#tssci) (#polygraph)
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- Eight years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrate understanding of Red Hat Linux, Trusted Linux, Windows 10, VMware.
Desired Qualifications:
- Security+ or relevant certification.
Our Senior System Administrator's earn between $89,200 - $192,000. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
