Sobre este puesto de Senior Full Stack Engineer - Frontend Architecture - AdManager en Vibe
About Vibe
At Vibe.co, we're reimagining how brands reach audiences in the age of streaming. We believe streaming TV is no longer just a brand awareness play, it's the next great performance marketing channel. We're building the infrastructure to unlock this $100B opportunity.
Vibe.co provides an Audience First Streaming TV Advertising solution for marketers to unlock TV as a growth channel. Our all-in-one solution combines hyper-targeted audience segmentation, AI-powered insights and recommendations, real-time campaign optimization, and incrementality measurement, giving brands of all sizes the precision and transparency they've come to expect from social and search, but on TV.
Trusted by over 10,000 brands, Vibe.co reaches more than 120 million households across 500+ apps and channels, delivering an average 250% return on ad spend and 20% sales lift. The company hit a $100 million revenue run rate in under two years, ranking among the ten fastest software companies to reach that milestone.
Vibe.co's investors include Hedosophia (an early backer of Spotify, Uber, and Airbnb), Elaia, Singular, QuantumLight (Revolut CEO Nik Storonsky's fund), and Illusian (Supercell CEO Ilkka Paananen's fund), as well as angel investors including Carolyn Everson, board member of The Walt Disney Company and Coca-Cola. Nirav Tolia, CEO of Nextdoor, sits on the company's board of directors.
Founded in 2022, Vibe.co is widely recognized as the category-defining platform in streaming TV advertising, bringing the power of Meta and Google-style performance marketing to the fastest-growing segment in media.
About the Role
Vibe's product runs on a frontend that's grown faster than its architecture has. You'll join the Web Platform team, reporting to [Hiring Manager Name], [Title], with a mandate to give that architecture the structure it needs to support the next phase of growth. This role exists because the product surface area — dashboards, campaign tools, reporting, real-time data — has outgrown ad hoc patterns, and someone needs to own the fix. You'll get a rare mix: the technical depth of defining state management and component architecture from scratch, the influence of setting standards a whole team will use, and direct collaboration with design to close the gap between Figma and production. If you want to shape how a fast-growing product gets built rather than just build features on top of it, this is that role.
What You'll Do
Architecture & Standards
Define a scalable approach to frontend state management across the application
Establish frontend coding standards and development patterns for the team
Set clear boundaries between UI components, business logic, state, and data fetching
Lead technical decisions on frontend architecture and explain the trade-offs behind them
Build & Improve
Improve maintainability, testability, and performance of the frontend codebase
Build reusable components that raise consistency across the product
Contribute to backend services and APIs when the work calls for it
Design Systems & Collaboration
Drive adoption of the design system across product surfaces
Turn Figma designs into production-ready experiences with designers
Explore AI-assisted workflows that speed up design-to-implementation handoff
Team Impact
Review code to raise the frontend bar across the team
Mentor engineers on frontend architecture and best practices
What You Need
Experience defining or significantly improving the architecture of an existing frontend codebase
Advanced knowledge of TypeScript and a modern frontend framework, ideally React
Practical experience solving state-management problems at scale — local, shared, server, and URL state
Experience building, integrating, or maintaining a design system
Comfortable working across the stack, including APIs, data models, and backend architecture
A track record of introducing standards or patterns that other engineers adopted
Nice to Haves
Experience with AI-assisted development or design-to-code tools
Experience modernizing a legacy or fast-growing frontend codebase
Experience integrating Figma or a similar design tool into the development workflow
Experience in a fast-moving product or startup environment
Our Values
At Vibe, we run on three values: Impact, Ambition, and Urgency. We tie every goal to a real business outcome, think 10x rather than settling for good enough, and move daily rather than waiting for perfect conditions.
You'll thrive here if you own outcomes without needing direction, default to action, and hold yourself to results, not effort.
This is a high-performance environment with high-performance rewards: you'll work alongside people who push you, with real ownership over hard problems in a market that's moving fast.
If that sounds like the best version of your career, we want to meet you.
