The Division: 

LandDev is a powerful and flexible land development software for homebuilders. It can automate land development workflows — using best practices to handle variances and interfacing with Constellation’s ERP systems. Allowing customers to effectively monitor cash flow, manage large vendor contracts, and successfully plan resource allocation. 
 

Constellation HomeBuilder Systems is a division of Perseus, an Operating Group of Constellation Software Inc., a leading provider of software and services to a select group of public and private sector markets.

THE Position:

The successful Senior SQA Analyst will ensure quality and timely releases for Landdev and contributes to the ideas that increases volume of output without compromising quality. 

The hired candidate will be located and work out of the Contour Software Karachi office, working as part of the resource-center team, as an extension of the division-based R&D department. Working hours are until 1pm Eastern North America time. 
 

 Qualifications and Skills 

• EXCELLENT English verbal and written communication skills  

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline. 

• 5–8 years of professional QA experience, preferably with customer-facing enterprise applications. 

• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), QA methodologies, and modern testing practices. 

• Hands-on experience working within Agile/Scrum environments. 

• Proven experience in test strategy, test planning, test case design, and test data preparation. 

• Ability to identify, prioritize, and design test scenarios suitable for automation. 

• Must have working knowledge of test management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or equivalent platforms. 

• Experience with API testing and performance/load testing, using tools such as Postman, JMeter, or similar. 

• Programming/scripting skills in Java, C#, JavaScript, or Python. 

• Experience with test automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium, TestComplete, or similar frameworks is required. 

• Well versed with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins or equivalent. 

• Proficient in SQL, with the ability to write and execute queries for validation and testing purposes. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Design and architect end-to-end test automation frameworks using tools such as Playwright, Selenium, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and reusability across multiple projects and teams. 

• Develop and maintain robust automated test suites covering functional, regression, smoke, and cross-browser testing for complex web applications. 

• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and rapid feedback throughout the software delivery lifecycle. 

• Define and enforce test automation standards and best practices 

• Design and develop test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test data aligned with project requirements. 

• Identify, prioritize, and automate test scenarios to enhance test coverage and efficiency. 

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable automation frameworks and test scripts. 

• Execute test cycles, track and manage defects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution. 

• Perform API testing, functional testing, regression testing, and performance testing as required. 

• Continuously improve test automation frameworks, tools, and overall QA processes. 

• Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the development lifecycle.
