ABOUT THE ROLE

You will report to the Diabetes Senior Sales Director. The role includes international travel of up to 20 days per year. Our office site is located in Søborg/Copenhagen, Denmark.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the product portfolio and lifecycle.
• Build strong relationships with key customers.
• Identify and evaluate new product opportunities.
• Bring the voice of the customer into product development.
• Provide commercial input into business cases.
• Lead cross-functional launch readiness.
• Partner with R&D, Operations, Logistics and Finance.
• Track product performance and identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with Regulatory, Quality and Medical Affairs.
• Drive decisions and keep projects moving forward.

ABOUT YOU

You are a commercially minded Product Manager who enjoys taking ownership and making things happen. You thrive in a collaborative environment and know how to bring the right people together to turn ideas into action.

You are comfortable managing multiple priorities and projects, and you combine an analytical and structured approach with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

You will ideally bring:

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Experience in medical devices or pharmaceuticals.
• Strong commercial acumen and customer focus.
• Experience working across multiple functions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• A proactive, collaborative can-do mindset.
• Medical device development experience is a strong advantage.
• B2B experience is a plus.
