About the team:
The Sales organization is responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening customer relationships, and delivering consistent experience across the business. The Senior Sales Program Manager works directly with the Head of Sales and across the Sales Leadership Team to connect priorities, improve organizational visibility, and ensure leaders operate against shared objectives and commitments.
About the role:
As the Senior Sales Program Manager, you will serve as chief of staff to the Head of Sales and as the connective point across the Sales Leadership Team. You will translate the Head of Sales' priorities into coordinated action, establish the operating mechanisms that keep leaders aligned, and hold the organization accountable for commitments, decisions, and results. This role does not support individual Sales leaders or take ownership of their work. It brings their work together on behalf of the Head of Sales so the organization forecasts, prioritizes, operates, and delivers results as one team.
Why we’re hiring for this role:
We are hiring this role to give the Head of Sales greater visibility into the organization and greater confidence that strategic priorities are moving forward. As the Sales organization evolves, this role will create the structure, coordination, and accountability needed to connect work across leaders, surface risks early, and turn decisions into consistent execution.
Once hired, you will:
- Establish a close working partnership with the Head of Sales and develop a clear view of the Head of Sales' priorities, key decisions, and expectations for the organization.
- Build relationships with the Sales Leadership Team and clarify how each leader's priorities, commitments, and dependencies connect to broader Sales objectives.
- Create a consolidated view of organizational priorities, owners, milestones, risks, and decisions for the Head of Sales.
- Manage the operating cadence for the Head of Sales and Sales Leadership Team, including leadership meetings, business reviews, planning cycles, forecasting reviews, and performance reviews.
- Drive alignment across Sales leaders by connecting priorities, resolving gaps or overlaps, and ensuring decisions and commitments translate into coordinated action.
As you progress in the role, you will:
- Lead priority organizational and cross-functional programs on behalf of the Head of Sales, coordinating stakeholders, dependencies, risks, decisions, and measures of success.
- Build and improve scalable governance, processes, reporting, and accountability mechanisms that strengthen execution without assuming ownership of work assigned to Sales leaders or their teams.
- Implement a consistent method for capturing decisions, actions, owners, and deadlines and holding leaders accountable for follow-through.
What you bring to the team:
- Demonstrated experience serving as a Chief of Staff, Program Leader, Business Operations Partner, or similar role supporting a Senior Executive’s and Leadership Teams
- Proven ability to manage complex organizational initiatives, connect work across leaders, and drive accountability without formal authority.
- Exceptional organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and pivot quickly as priorities change.
- Experience working within or closely alongside a Sales or revenue organization.
- Familiarity with B2B sales processes, pipeline management, forecasting, CRM systems, or revenue operations.
- Experience designing leadership operating rhythms, business reviews, planning processes, or performance-management practices.
- Experience leading cross-functional change and driving adoption of new processes, tools, or ways of working.
- Experience in a fast-growing or rapidly evolving organization.
- Demonstrated ability to turn ambiguity into clear operating structures, practical processes, and measurable follow-through.
Required:
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Prior Program Management experience, ideally supporting senior leaders and Leadership Teams
- Highly organized
Preferred:
- Experience working within or closely alongside a Sales or revenue organization.
- Familiarity with B2B sales processes, pipeline management, forecasting, CRM systems, or revenue operations.
- Experience designing operating rhythms, planning processes, implementing new processes and driving adoption in a fast-growing or rapidly evolving organization.
