About the Role

At RHB Bank, we are looking for a highly driven and client-focused Senior Relationship Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients. This role is pivotal in driving business growth, deepening client relationships, and delivering holistic financial solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, identify opportunities, and provide tailored banking solutions across lending, deposits, trade finance, and wealth-related products. You will also collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure exceptional client experience while contributing to the Bank's revenue and growth aspirations.

What You Will Be Doing

• Manage and develop a portfolio of existing corporate clients while identifying opportunities to deepen relationships and expand business.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.
• Proactively acquire new-to-bank customers through networking, referrals, market intelligence, and business development activities.
• Understand clients' financial needs and recommend customized banking and financial solutions across a broad range of products and services.
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews to ensure clients' financial objectives, business requirements, and risk profiles are appropriately addressed.
• Prepare and present comprehensive financial proposals, credit recommendations, and client presentations.
• Achieve and exceed assigned revenue, sales, and portfolio growth targets.
• Work closely with product partners, credit teams, legal, operations, and other internal stakeholders to deliver seamless customer-centric solutions.
• Monitor market trends, industry developments, economic conditions, and regulatory changes to proactively identify opportunities and manage risks.
• Ensure all customer engagements and business activities comply with internal policies, governance standards, and regulatory requirements.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Banking, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in relationship management within the banking, financial services, or corporate banking sector.
• Proven track record in managing corporate clients and achieving business growth targets.
• Strong knowledge of corporate banking products and services, including lending, deposits, cash management, trade finance, and wealth solutions.
• Demonstrated success in new client acquisition, portfolio management, and relationship building.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and analyze clients' financial needs and business opportunities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer-centric mindset.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating across cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
