This role requires an operations-savvy, cross-functional leader capable of driving end-to-end execution across Manufacturing Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Lean/Continuous Improvement, HR, Finance, and Talent Acquisition while partnering closely with senior leadership.

You will be accountable for project planning, execution, risk mitigation, change control, stakeholder alignment, and value realization while navigating complex environments and aggressive growth objectives.
