We provide our solutions on a global scale. The team is responsible for providing professional services to address business objectives in the areas of risk prevention and fraud detection. To offer state-of-the-art software solutions and provide comprehensive client delivery and consulting support using our expertise and flexible, client-focused approach.
The Role - Senior Project Manager
As a Senior Project Manager within the Professional Services team, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of complex client-facing projects, ensuring they are completed within approved scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk parameters in accordance with project management principles and organizational standards.
In addition to managing strategic and high-visibility projects, you will provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to Project Managers and project teams across the region by promoting project management best practices, delivery excellence, and continuous improvement. You will support resource planning, project governance activities, and operational initiatives that contribute to successful project execution and achievement of Professional Services revenue, utilization, and customer success objectives
What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex Professional Services projects by applying project management best practices across all project phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and closure.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project management plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocations, risk and issue registers, change controls, and stakeholder engagement strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Manage project scope, schedule, cost, quality, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
- Establish effective governance structures and facilitate project steering committees, status reviews, and executive reporting.
- Define and review project’s SOW, objectives, and success metrics in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
- Lead the Professional Services team in pre-sales support, in preparation of CET, high level timeline and SOW creation.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and work closely with PMO team in ensuring monthly, quarterly and yearly PS revenue are on track.
- Work with PMO to continuously improve GFS PS delivery processes and best practices.
- Mentor and coach Project Managers and team members to strengthen project management capabilities across the region.
- Support resource forecasting, project portfolio visibility, and revenue realization objectives within Professional Services.
- Build trusted relationships with clients and ensure consistent communication and transparency.
Skills we're looking for
- Extensive experience in Project Management or PMO, preferably in a client-facing role.
- Understanding of the Project Management Institute (PMI) framework
- Knowledge of various project management methodologies (e.g., waterfall / agile) with at least five years project management experience.
- Strong understanding of Professional Services delivery models and customer success principles.
- Strong understanding of project financial management, including revenue tracking, forecasting, budget monitoring, and financial reporting, is considered a strong advantage.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in tools like Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, or MS Project.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar certification is a plus.
