Role Summary

The Product Manager, Specialist role is responsible for leading digital product management initiatives, overseeing the development, implementation, and optimization of strategic products. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience, define product roadmaps, and drive business growth. The specialist ensures smooth product execution, manages escalations, and employs data-driven insights to refine product strategies. Additionally, they work with stakeholders to align product goals with business objectives and market needs.

Responsibilites
1. Lead digital product management efforts for multiple digital products or one strategic product, ensuring alignment with business goals.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices that enhance the customer experience and drive impactful changes.
3. Coach digital product teams on best practices, learnings, and product development methodologies to maximize efficiency.
4. Partner with stakeholders to resolve production and implementation issues promptly, supporting escalations when needed to enable rapid delivery.
5. Oversee the planning, development, and execution of new digital products, including market analysis, feature definition, and implementation planning.
6. Develop pricing and positioning strategies, ensuring products are competitive and aligned with market demand.
7. Utilize qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to continually improve the user experience and optimize product performance.
8. Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes, collaborating with engineering teams to ensure timely and resource-efficient delivery.
9. Lead product launches by working closely with marketing teams, executives, and other product management stakeholders to drive successful go-to-market strategies.
10. Evaluate promotional plans to ensure consistency with product line strategies and effective messaging across customer segments.
11. Participate in ongoing business planning, departmental prioritization activities, and special projects as required.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 8 years of related work experience, with at least two years of experience leading large cross-functional teams on major organizational projects.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Computer Science or IT, or Bachelor’s in Computer Applications (BCA), or Master’s in Computer Applications (MCA).
• Product Management experience in Wealth Management, Financial Services, or Investment platforms
• Strong understanding of Wealth Management products, client journeys, and business processes
• Experience translating business needs into product capabilities and delivery requirements
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across business and technology teams
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including Engineering, UX, and Business stakeholders
• Customer-centric mindset with ability to represent business needs and priorities
• Agile product delivery experience with roadmap and backlog management
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience managing priorities across multiple stakeholders and business functions
• Ability to work effectively with global teams across different time zones
• Strong expertise in digital product management, market analysis, and user experience optimization.
• Experience with Digital Wealth Management or Client Portal platforms
• Knowledge of Micro Front-End (MFE) architecture and modern digital product ecosystems
• Experience working on enterprise web platforms and customer-facing applications
• Background in User Experience (UX) collaboration and design thinking
• Exposure to Secure Client Portals, Digital Self-Service, or Advisor platforms
• Experience leading platform modernization or digital transformation initiatives
