Sobre este puesto de Senior/Staff Product Manager, Ambient en Commure
At Commure, we're building the AI Operating System for healthcare, the foundation that defines how care is delivered, documented, and financed. Our platform spans the full care journey: Ambient AI and Dictation eliminating documentation burden at the point of care, intelligent Agents automating patient and revenue workflows, and autonomous RCM processing billions in claims, all on a single AI-native platform integrated with 60+ EHRs.
Healthcare carries a $1 trillion administrative burden and we're at the center of transforming it. Today, 500,000+ clinicians across 500+ healthcare organizations nationwide trust Commure to handle $25B+ in annual claims and support over 200 million patient interactions. Our latest $70M raise at a $7B valuation reflects the confidence the market has placed in this mission. We've also been named to the Fortune Future 50 list and the 2026 AI Breakthrough Awards for “Overall NLP Company of the Year.”
Our team works directly alongside clinicians, not through layers of process, which means the gap between what you build and its impact on patient care is immediate. We move fast, deploy daily, and take full ownership from early thinking to production. If you're energized by hard problems, high stakes, and a team that holds itself to a high bar, you'll find your people here.
The future of healthcare is being built right now. Come deliver this transformation.
About the Role
As a Senior or Staff Product Manager on the Ambient team, you'll drive and own meaningful product surfaces end-to-end, from the first conversation with a health system through what's live in their exam rooms.
This is a builder role. You'll shape what Ambient AI looks like for some of the largest health systems in the country, working directly alongside clinicians, engineers, and clinical informatics teams. The decisions you make will show up in how providers experience their workday. That gap between what you ship and what clinicians actually feel is short here.
This is a hybrid role that requires 4 days in our Mountain View, CA office.
What You'll Do
Own your product areas end-to-end. Drive features from discovery through delivery. Scope requirements, align engineering, manage QA, and track outcomes after launch. You own the full cycle, not just the spec.
Spend real time with providers. Get into exam rooms, shadow clinical workflows, and understand the friction firsthand. Surface real pain points, validate before building, and carry the provider's perspective into every product decision.
Shape the next generation of Ambient AI. This isn't incremental improvement. You'll be building workflows that change how clinicians document, interact with their tools, and reclaim time in their day. From ambient documentation to end-to-end clinical automation, the roadmap is yours to influence.
Own health system relationships. Understand integration requirements deeply, navigate the stakeholders on the customer side, and make sure what we ship fits into how they actually operate.
Define and drive your metrics. Set clear OKRs for your product areas. Use quantitative and qualitative signals to prioritize, demonstrate impact, and make the case for what to build next.
Translate complexity into clear direction. You'll work across engineering, clinical, and business stakeholders. You don't need to write code, but you need to understand how integrations work, read technical constraints, and communicate across all of these audiences without losing anything.
What You Have
5+ years of Product Management experience at a B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or healthcare technology company
Strong fundamentals across discovery, prioritization, roadmapping, and shipping in a fast-paced environment
Technical fluency. You can understand how APIs and integrations work, have substantive conversations with engineers, and read technical documentation without needing a translator
A structured approach to user research. You know how to run studies, synthesize findings, and turn insights into prioritized action
Clear writing and communication. Sharp PRDs, crisp stakeholder updates, and the ability to align people with competing priorities
Comfort with ambiguity and genuine excitement about shaping what this role becomes
Curiosity about AI and where it's headed, especially in clinical and voice contexts
Nice to Have
Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7 or FHIR
Clinical background or time spent working alongside providers
Consumer product experience — a sense for building products that end users love, not just ones that clear enterprise procurement checklists
Prior experience managing or mentoring other PMs or cross-functional teams
Exposure to AI/ML or ambient voice products
