Job Responsibilities

As part of the PFS AML Name Screening & Transaction Review team, you will support the Bank’s AML compliance efforts by conducting customer name screening, transaction reviews, and investigations. Key responsibilities include:

• Screen customer names against watchlists.

• Escalate confirmed matches (true hits) to relevant stakeholders for further assessment.

• Coordinate with offshore team on name-screening activities and processes.

• Perform KYC reviews using public sources and internal systems to gather additional customer information.

• Engage relevant stakeholders to obtain supporting information for AML investigations.

• Review customer accounts to identify unusual transaction patterns, trends, and anomalies.

• Investigate potential suspicious activities and conduct case-level analysis.

• Perform sampling, quality assurance checks, and process reviews.

• Support AML/KYC-related initiatives, projects, and other ad hoc assignments as required.

Job Requirements

• Comfortable with a desk-based, non-customer-facing role involving the review and comparison of written information.

• Strong written English comprehension and communication skills.

• Able to remain focused while performing repetitive yet detail-sensitive tasks, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

• Meticulous, analytical, and committed to delivering quality work within established timelines.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.

• A self-motivated, resourceful team player with a strong sense of accountability.
