职位目标 Job Purpose：

通过专业拜访、学术研讨活动,向医疗卫生机构及其工作人员传递、沟通、反馈公司产品信息，维

护公司品牌信誉，在公司政策和要求下协助完成公司整体目标。

主要工作职责 Key Responsibilities；

1. 在指定区域的目标医院中进行专业拜访和学术推广活动，并达到公司要求。同当地医院的

医生发展健康的工作关系并使其了解专业的诊疗和产品信息。

2. 主动参与专业技能及知识的学习，并达到公司考核要求。同时能有效地运用上述技能及知

识于日常学术推广活动中。

3. 合规前提下，及时了解并收集医生疾病诊疗及产品使用反馈信息。

4. 负责了解所辖区域内医院的基本管理程序和药品管理流程/用药情况，建立、健全并及时更

新医院档案。

5. 积极参与公司的各种业务会议及团队建设。与团队共享专业推广经验、心得及市场信息，

协助主管实现团队目标。

6. 通过积极参与SFA项目的实施，按要求及时准确录入相关信息（拜访、覆盖率、会议、医

生拜访及医学信息提供的质量等），协助主管或经理确保系统的有效运作，并能够在数量

及质量上得到检查及评估。

7. 协助主管/经理确保每个品牌的学术研讨活动与市场发展策略紧密相连。

8. 确保所有承担的活动完全符合公司的政策及质量标准，符合中华人民共和国的法律法规及

其他相关的行为准则。

任职条件Qualifications:

• 学士学位，医学、药学 等相关专业

• 至少一年工作经验，医药专业拜访领域尤佳

• 熟悉本公司产品及同品类产品市场情况和相关医药政策法规

• 掌握医院渠道的工作环节、运作特点

• 了解区域管理、资源分配、客户管理的知识

• 很强的沟通及与人交往能力

• 良好的信息收集及运用能力

• 熟练操作电脑和使用常用办公软件

• 良好的英语听说读写译能力
