The Opportunity

As Senior Manager, Corporate Communications, you will lead the development and delivery of Crown’s enterprise-wide communications strategy across Melbourne, Sydney and Perth. Partnering closely with senior executives and business leaders, you will drive internal and corporate communications that strengthen employee engagement, support major business initiatives and organisational change, enhance executive positioning, and protect Crown’s reputation. This is a highly visible role for a strategic communications professional who thrives in complex environments and can balance big-picture thinking with hands-on execution.

What You'll Do

• Lead the planning and execution of Crown’s internal and corporate communications strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities across multiple properties and business functions.

• Own and govern the annual communications calendar, driving consistency, coordination and effective communication planning across the organisation.

• Develop and deliver communications strategies for major business initiatives, transformation programs, organisational change projects and leadership priorities.

• Provide strategic communications counsel to executives and senior leaders, including the development of speeches, presentations, leadership messaging, briefing materials and executive communications.

• Lead enterprise-wide communications campaigns, events and engagement initiatives that build employee understanding, participation and connection to Crown’s strategic objectives.

• Measure communications effectiveness through reporting and insights, identifying opportunities to continuously improve channels, content, engagement and communications practices.

What You'll Bring

• Significant experience in Corporate Communications, Internal Communications, Corporate Affairs, Change Communications or a related discipline within a complex organisation.

• Demonstrated success developing and delivering communications strategies that support business transformation, organisational change and enterprise-wide initiatives.

• Strong executive communications experience, including writing speeches, presentations, leadership messages, briefing papers and strategic communications plans.

• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and provide confident advice to senior executives and business leaders.

• Outstanding written communication skills, with the ability to distil complex information into clear, engaging and audience-focused content across multiple channels.

• Tertiary qualifications in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Corporate Affairs or a related field, combined with strong project management, planning and communications governance capability.
